Senior Manufacturing Operations Lead (Remote)
Job Description
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Manufacturing Operations Lead to guide and optimize their production processes in a fully remote capacity. This role requires a deep understanding of manufacturing principles, process improvement methodologies, and supply chain management. This role supports production activities associated with the A'ali, Northern, BH region.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing operations driving efficiency and quality
- Develop strategic operational plans
- Champion lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Analyze production data and KPIs
- Manage production budgets and resource allocation
- Oversee inventory management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering
- 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations management
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma
