Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman to supervise and manage carpentry works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will lead site carpenters, ensure quality workmanship, and complete tasks as per drawings, schedule, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate carpentry works including formwork, shuttering, finishing, and fit-out
- Manage carpenters and helpers on site
- Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Plan daily activities and allocate manpower efficiently
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project requirements
- Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping on site
- Coordinate with site engineers and other trades
- Monitor work progress and report to site management
