Responsibilities
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries
- Handle inquiries via email and phone
- Prepare sales quotations and invoices
- Maintain strong product knowledge in safety and PPE
Qualifications
- Experience in showroom sales of safety or related products
- Excellent customer service skills
- Communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office
