Job Description
Lead the retail floor for BYD. Responsible for commercial performance, human leadership, and shaping customer perception in flagship and pop-up store environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of Product Specialists
- Drive sales results through floor leadership
- Own the end-to-end customer experience
- Manage daily retail and pop-up operations
- Track performance data and market insights
Qualifications
- 8+ years’ experience in sales, ideally mid-luxury retail
- 3+ years leading teams
- Fluent English
- Valid UAE driving license
