HR Manager | Casablanca (Morocco)
Job Description
Define and implement the HR policy in line with general management. Supervise staff administration (contracts, payroll, administrative files, legal compliance). Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent management. Develop and monitor training and skills development plans. Support managers in team management and fostering a positive work environment. Ensure legal and social monitoring.

Qualifications
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources Management, Social Law, or equivalent
- Successful experience of at least 5 years in a similar role
