Job Description
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving new business initiatives and strategic partnerships that support Zain Bahrain’s commercial growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business development plans. Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities. Conduct feasibility and financial analysis. Coordinate proposal creation and business cases. Drive approved projects from initiation through execution. Facilitate commercial discussions and negotiations. Build and nurture relationships with partners. Supervise daily execution of ongoing projects. Coordinate cross-functional meetings. Monitor telecom and digital ecosystem trends. Prepare management reports.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development plans aligned with growth strategy
- Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities and digital revenue streams
- Conduct feasibility and financial analysis for new commercial initiatives
- Coordinate proposal creation and business cases for management review
- Facilitate commercial discussions and negotiations with partners
- Supervise the daily execution of ongoing projects to ensure milestones are met
- Prepare detailed post-launch evaluations to measure business impact
- Monitor telecom and digital ecosystem trends to identify opportunities
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of experience in telecom, insurance, or business development leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Computer engineering
