Job Description
Mandoos Hospitality LLC is seeking an experienced HR to lead all human resources functions for a restaurant group. The candidate will manage recruitment, labor law compliance, and multi-branch hospitality teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee recruitment and onboarding
- Coordinate with PRO for visa and labor card matters
- Handle payroll processing, compensation, and benefits
- Implement performance evaluation systems and KPI tracking
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws
- Manage employee relations and grievances
- Develop and update HR policies and employee handbook
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field
- 8-10 years of HR experience (restaurant or hospitality industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, visa processes, and payroll
- Ability to manage high-volume staff across multiple locations
