Team & Operations Manager
Job Description
Amazing opportunity to be a key part of a local icon and favorite for 81+ years. Manage and work in a family owned, fun, dynamic and team orientated environment focused on artisan crafted ice cream and sweets. This is a working management position involving all aspects of our Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, and Event locations.
Responsibilities
- Team Management
- Hiring, orientation, training, managing staff
- Scheduling
- Managing day to day operations
- Store and Event oversight
- Assist with inventory and ordering management
- Ensuring customer's needs are met promptly
- Assisting in achieving sales and labor goals
- Assist with planning and implementation of key operational initiatives, policies/procedures
Qualifications
- Management experience preferred in hiring
- Physical capabilities to work in all areas
- Ability to travel between all locations
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings IF needed
- Basic computer skills required
