Job Description
Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying section. Oversee cost plans, BOQs, estimates, and tender documentation. Monitor project costs against budgets and provide forecasts.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quantity Surveying section
- Prepare and approve cost plans and BOQs
- Monitor project costs and provide forecasts
- Review contractors’ interim payments and final accounts
- Evaluate change orders and variations
- Mentor and develop QS team members
- Review contract terms related to payments and risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in contract management
