Head of Customer Success (Remote from Estonia)
Job Description
A strategic role leading and scaling the global customer experience function in Estonia. This position owns the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to post-sales support. You will mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize workflows and automation for global client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the customer success function
- Establish scalable strategies, KPIs, and team goals
- Oversee post-sales operations and technical coordination
- Manage shipping, damages, and returns processes
- Identify and automate recurring operational challenges
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success
- At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
- Strong background in e-commerce operations
- Experience with Shopify and QuickBooks preferred
