Job Description

A strategic role leading and scaling the global customer experience function in Estonia. This position owns the end-to-end customer journey, from onboarding to post-sales support. You will mentor a high-performing team and collaborate with sales and marketing to optimize workflows and automation for global client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer success function
  • Establish scalable strategies, KPIs, and team goals
  • Oversee post-sales operations and technical coordination
  • Manage shipping, damages, and returns processes
  • Identify and automate recurring operational challenges
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success
  • At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Strong background in e-commerce operations
  • Experience with Shopify and QuickBooks preferred
