Job Description
Döhler is a global producer, marketer and provider of technology-driven natural ingredients, ingredient systems and integrated solutions for the global food, beverage and nutrition industry. You will implement divisional strategy, build a motivated team, and oversee engineering solutions alignment with project targets.
Responsibilities
- Implement the divisional strategy within the area of responsibility
- Building and developing a qualified and motivated team
- Create detailed project plans outlining scope, timelines, resources, and budget
- Develop and oversee basic and detail engineering
- Ensure all projects adhere to industry safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for end-to-end project management (ideation to start-up)
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of Engineering
- 5+ years of experience as Projects engineer preferably manufacturing background
- Fluent in English is a must
- PMP background is a must
