- C2 level in one of the languages: Croatian, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Slovak, Icelandic, Chinese (Simplified)
- Conversational English proficiency
- Good communication skills
- Positive, motivated and people-oriented attitude
- Willingness to live or work internationally
