Customer Engineer
Job Description
Position responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region. Focuses on financial/ATM products, PCs, workstations, and POS systems. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain financial/ATM equipment
- Perform modular swaps and unit replacements
- Build relationships with local customer accounts
- Diagnose problems and make minor repairs
- Capture asset information for billing
- Work with Call Center and Security staff
Qualifications
- Driving license
- Experience on Windows operating systems
- Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
- Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
- CCNA preferred
