Job Description

Position responsible for installation, maintenance and repairs on equipment within an assigned territory/region. Focuses on financial/ATM products, PCs, workstations, and POS systems. Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Install and maintain financial/ATM equipment
  • Perform modular swaps and unit replacements
  • Build relationships with local customer accounts
  • Diagnose problems and make minor repairs
  • Capture asset information for billing
  • Work with Call Center and Security staff

Qualifications

  • Driving license
  • Experience on Windows operating systems
  • Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a technical field
  • Experience in PC Hardware Maintenance and support
  • CCNA preferred
