Job Description
As a French–English Chat Support Specialist, you'll support customers from French-speaking regions by responding to inquiries in real time and asynchronously through chat and email. Your focus is on understanding customer needs quickly, communicating clearly, and resolving issues with confidence and care. This is a 100% non-voice role.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support in French and English via live chat and email only
- Resolve inquiries related to orders, products, accounts, and general concerns
- Craft clear, professional, and friendly written responses
- Manage multiple chats or tickets while maintaining accuracy
- Document all interactions correctly
Qualifications
- Full written fluency in French and English
- At least 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a chat-based or non-voice role
- Laptop or desktop with an i5 processor or higher
- Stable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download)
