Mercier Consultancy MD is presenting an opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives at an esteemed Airline Company in Greece. You will assist passengers in Italian, addressing inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and changes via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information on flights, baggage policies, and travel regulations, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and changes in Italian
- Provide information on flights, baggage policies, and travel regulations
- Assist customers with reservation modifications and support check-in
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
- Document customer interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with airline personnel and other departments
Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in airline or travel industry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
- Familiarity with airline reservation systems is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours
