Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Influencer Executive / Senior Influencer Specialist to lead the execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple brands and industries. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, relationship-driven, and experienced in managing influencer campaigns end-to-end within a media or digital agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to post-campaign reporting
  • Translate client objectives into effective influencer strategies and creator selections
  • Research, identify, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies
  • Negotiate fees, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights
  • Coordinate content briefs, approvals, and posting schedules
  • Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions
  • Mentor and guide junior influencer executives and coordinators

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing
  • Strong understanding of influencer platforms, creator ecosystems, and trends
  • Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end-to-end
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
