Test Resources Associate
Job Description
As a Test Resources Associate at Azurreo, you will manage operational support for testing resources, including SIM cards and data packages. This remote role involves customer support, ticket management, inventory administration, and financial reconciliation.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries related to test resources
- Own tickets from receipt to resolution
- Manage centralized pools of test resources including SIM cards and data packages
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate recharges
- Perform regular financial reconciliations between usage data and billing systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, IT, or related field
- Native-level proficiency in Arabic and professional English
- Experience in customer support, operations, or administrative roles
- High comfort level with ticketing systems and Excel
