Chief Supply Chain Officer
Job Description
The Chief Supply Chain Officer will be responsible for designing and executing the end‑to‑end global supply chain strategy — overseeing procurement, manufacturing operations, planning, logistics, distribution, and digital transformation for a multibillion-dollar conglomerate.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy
- Oversee procurement, sourcing, production planning, and logistics
- Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
- Champion digital transformation including AI and automation
- Develop robust risk mitigation frameworks
- Build strategic partnerships with global suppliers
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain and operations
- At least 5 years at C-suite or executive leadership level
- Fluency in Arabic is essential; English fluency is also required
- Proven experience leading global supply chains in manufacturing or industrial environments
