Mediaslide is the leading software company providing a powerful CRM solution for model and talent agencies. We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team now in Dubai Media City.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inquiries via email and phone
- Gather detailed information and analyze customer requests to ensure accurate resolution
- Create and manage tickets for our development team, following up on progress
- Effectively communicate with customers regarding the status of their requests
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the Mediaslide software
- Manage the onboarding process for new customers
- Deliver exceptional training sessions to users
