Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
One of my clients in the Tech space is looking for a detail-driven Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to help keep our hiring engine running smoothly. You’ll be at the heart of recruitment operations, supporting candidates, partnering with vendors, and making sure every new hire has a great Day 1 experience.
Responsibilities
- Creating offer letters tailored to country-specific requirements
- Coordinating pre-employment checks and working with external vendors
- Communicating with candidates throughout the process, including rejections
- Ensuring Day 1 onboarding is seamless and stress-free
- Keeping everything compliant, accurate, and audit-ready
- Tracking and reporting recruitment data and insights
- Reaching out to candidates directly and resolving recruitment-related queries
Qualifications
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment admin or HR operations
- A solid understanding of recruitment processes (COE & Ops)
- Confidence using MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
