Job Description
Manage the full recruitment cycle and support workforce planning initiatives to attract and hire top talent in the construction scope.
Responsibilities
- Manage full recruitment cycle (sourcing to offer)
- Draft and publish job advertisements
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate onboarding documentation
- Participate in job fairs and career events
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment
- Experience in construction scope
