Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing health status and monitoring vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care
- Document patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) system
- Assist in coordination of admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Participate in quality improvement and safety programs
- Maintain infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Experience Certificate and Education documents required
- Relevant Nursing degree
