Regional Sales Manager - Middle East & Africa
Job Description
TOMRA Food is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, expansion, and people management across Middle East & Africa markets in the capital sales sector.
Responsibilities
- Execute regional go-to-market strategy
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers
- Secure new business opportunities across farmers and processors
- Track and report on sales metrics and forecasts
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for customer resolution
- Willingness to travel 60-100 days per year
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in capital sales within industrial processing
- Proven track record of sales leadership in food processing
- Experience managing fragmented customer bases
- English fluency (required); Arabic (major advantage)
