Senior Product and Technical Service Technician
Job Description
Carrier is looking for a Senior Product and Technical Service Technician to provide maintenance and repair for HVAC equipment, specifically VRF systems. You will attend assigned tasks, ensure quality services, and communicate with customers regarding task progress and enhancements. The role includes inspecting units, diagnosing malfunctions, and commissioning VRF systems.
Responsibilities
- Attend and complete assigned maintenance tasks
- Inform customers about task nature and progress
- Inspect air-conditioning units and diagnose malfunctions
- Repair and replace damaged parts
- Adjust and maintain electrical and electronic control systems
- Perform installation inspection and commissioning of VRF systems
- Identify safety hazards and implement controls
Qualifications
- Diploma in Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration Field
- 3 – 5 years of working experience in the HVAC industry / field / VRF system
