Operation Coordinator
Job Description
Receives pick slips from Oracle. Check/review Pick-slip and assign labor for each pick-slip for each step of the operations including Picking, checking, Sticker Pasting, Packing, palletizing and loading of goods. Supervise picking activity and ensure all orders are accurately picked and checked. Ensure the correct use of packing materials to avoid damages or temperature excursions.

- Assign labor for picking, checking, and packing of goods
- Supervise picking activity for accuracy
- Ensure correct use of packing materials to avoid damages
- Assign staff for labeling and document preparation
- Close physically completed orders in Oracle
- Troubleshoot problems during picking
- Report damages or losses during dispatching
- Record and maintain productivity sheets for activities
- Ensure safety and 5S standards on shop floor
