Sr. Performance Marketing Manager
Job Description
Lucida AI was founded with a single mission: to revolutionize how people speak and communicate using AI. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will own high-scale growth budgets, starting from a minimum of $500,000 USD per month in advertising spend. This role is built for someone who has already managed serious scale and is comfortable making fast, high-impact decisions with large budgets.
Responsibilities
- Scale Multi-Channel Growth Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget UA campaigns
- Own Creative Strategy: Lead creative hypotheses, write clear briefs, analyze performance
- Build Strategic Partnerships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and Apple account teams
- Master the Funnel: Optimize the full acquisition journey
- Deep Data Analysis: Use Singular / Adjust, SKAN metrics, cohorts, and LTV models
- Bridge Marketing & Product: Share insights with Product teams to improve onboarding
- Experiment Relentlessly: Test new channels, bidding strategies, and formats
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing high-volume UA campaigns for mobile apps (iOS & Android)
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Meta, TikTok (AppLovin is a strong plus)
- Solid knowledge of SKAN, mobile attribution, and performance marketing fundamentals
- Comfortable analyzing large datasets and turning insights into clear actions
- Strong creative strategy background; experience guiding teams to produce performance-driven ad creatives
- Proven experience managing $500,000+ monthly advertising budgets for mobile apps
- Fluent in English
