Marketing & Communications Manager, Nordics
Job Description

Accelerate Missions pipeline growth and brand leadership in the Nordics by developing and executing localized marketing campaigns, strategic communications, and sales enablement that position ICEYE as the sovereign ISR partner of choice for Nordic American defense decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement all marketing and communications plans and activities in the Nordics
- Planning, developing, and executing high-impact marketing campaigns
- Driving measurable ROI across multiple channels
- Managing PR activities and local PR agency relationships
- Leading event management and execution
- Developing localized sales enablement materials
- Building and executing trade and channel co-marketing initiatives
- Supporting engagement with national ministries of defence
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance
Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant marketing experience in a B2G environment
- Experience with campaigns in the defense, government, or public sector
- Native or near-native fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish
- Fluency in business English
