Job Description
ZIA Medical Center is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to support growth through on-ground activities, health camps, medical events, and corporate outreach. This is a field-based role requiring regular site visits.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute health camps and corporate outreach events
- Conduct field visits to corporate offices and residential communities
- Identify and establish B2B partnerships and referral networks
- Manage end-to-end execution of events including logistics
- Maintain relationships with corporate HR teams and decision-makers
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams for smooth execution
- Track leads and patient conversions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in healthcare business development
- Proven experience in organizing health camps and corporate wellness programs
- Willingness to work extensively in the field
- Proficiency in MS Office
