Job Description

As an Account Manager Associate, you’ll be the primary steward of the client relationship after onboarding and early adoption are complete. Your job: ensure every client continues to see value, deepens their knowledge and use of our Roos, and views Vendoroo as their trusted growth partner.

Responsibilities

  • Own retention outcomes by proactively preventing churn
  • Build and execute retention plans for at-risk accounts
  • Take over client relationships post the onboarding stage to drive adoption
  • Monitor leading indicators of client health and utilization trends
  • Serve as the client’s internal advocate for product feedback
  • Introduce clients to new capabilities and workflows

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer-facing SaaS onboarding, CX, or implementation role
  • Experience working with property operators or real estate platforms
  • Naturally proactive, clear in communication, and organized under pressure
  • Passion for new technology and customer advocacy
