Technical Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and digital transformation projects in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Strong Arabic communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects including software development
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets
- Establish project governance frameworks aligned with Saudi regulatory standards
- Act as primary point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients and government stakeholders
- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility
- Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
- 7–12 years of experience in IT or technical project management
- Fluent Arabic (Mandatory) and English
