Job Description
Native Spanish speaker with a Latin American accent to place phone calls and record natural caller-side audio sessions. Simulations include customer support calls where names, emails, and phone numbers are spelled out conversationally.
Responsibilities
- Place real phone calls to a demo line and record natural caller-side audio sessions
- Spell out names, emails, and phone numbers conversationally
- Vary tone, pace, pauses, and filler words to ensure realistic speech patterns
- Record audio across multiple environments
- Accurately log call metadata in shared tracking sheets
- Deliver required volumes of recordings within specified timelines
Qualifications
- Native Spanish speaker with a Latin American accent
- Ability to make real phone calls (VoIP not permitted)
- Reliable access to a phone and a quiet-to-variable recording environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry
- Comfortable working independently on a remote, task-based project
