Delivery Lead
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to spearhead our Venue Technology projects. This senior role is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of technology implementation in large-scale venues, from initial design and strategy to successful delivery and operational handover.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop technology strategies for large-scale venues
- Manage complex ICT, AV, and ELV projects
- Manage vendors and contracts
- Mitigate project risks
- Lead a dedicated delivery team and coordinate with stakeholders
- Provide regular program updates to senior management
Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience in the technology delivery field
- 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and managing technology for SMART stadiums, venues, or mega-events
- Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- Valid professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Proven experience leading large-scale ICT AV/ELV projects in sports venues or similar environments
