Job Description
Mimar Models is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs across architectural model-building operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning
- Oversee employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage performance appraisal systems
- Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Advise management on organizational development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of HR experience
- At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws
