Quantity Surveyor - Water Infra
Job Description
To manage and control all commercial, contractual, and cost-related aspects of Waterproofing & Insulation (WI) works, ensuring projects are delivered within budget, in compliance with contract requirements, and with timely billing and cost reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates for WI works
- Track variations, claims, and additional works
- Prepare and submit interim payment applications
- Verify and certify subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Assist in tender analysis and rate evaluation
- Maintain records of measurements and correspondence
