Lead Product Designer, Applied AI
Job Description
Define and craft AI-native experiences that empower users to interact effectively with intelligent agents, workflows, and copilots. Shape how AI behaves in a practical, understandable, and trustworthy way. Influence the design of complex systems and establish design patterns for AI-powered interactions. Salary range: USD 140,000–170,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead design strategy for AI agents, workflows, and copilots
- Provide thought leadership on AI design trends
- Prototype and test AI-powered flows and automation systems
- Define patterns for AI-assisted actions and user control
- Influence product decisions as a peer to Product and Engineering
Qualifications
- 6+ years of product design experience
- Deep experience designing AI-powered tools or conversational interfaces
- Hands-on use of AI-assisted prototyping tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.)
- Proficiency in Figma
