Job Description
SOHO Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist to maintain Nebim ERP, POS systems, and retail IT infrastructure for ALO and AMIRI stores in Turkey. This role ensures operational continuity and handles system escalations.
Responsibilities
- Support day to day operations of Nebim ERP and POS systems
- Perform Nebim parameter and configuration changes
- Coordinate store hardware including printers and scanners
- Support configuration and testing of new ERP modules with Finance teams
- Plan and support ERP and POS updates
- Provide support during critical incidents and store outages
Qualifications
- Hands on experience supporting Nebim ERP and POS systems
- Experience supporting retail store operations
- Intermediate infrastructure knowledge (VM, VPN, networking, Windows)
- Strong troubleshooting and escalation management skills
