An opportunity has arisen for an Intern to join Sales and Marketing in Jumeirah Living World Trade Center. Main duties: Provide accurate information on room types, rates, and policies; Process, modify, and cancel reservations; Deliver excellent customer service; Support the sales team in promoting offers; Participate in upselling activities; Assist in preparing sales-related documents.
