Job Description
Responsible for the operations of the store end-to-end: staffing, ordering, inventory, and fulfillment. talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the world’s pioneering local delivery platform.
Responsibilities
- Supervising store operations including staffing and maintenance
- Ordering and store replenishment to avoid OOS
- Inventory management and stock control
- Managing store personnel
- Monitoring and controlling costs against budget
- Implementing hygiene and safety standards
Qualifications
- At least 5-7 years of experience in supermarket or restaurant
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English and Arabic
