Merchant Onboarding Executive
Job Description
Play a pivotal role in processing SME applications for Tabby. Guide merchants through an automated onboarding cycle, facilitate the setup of online stores, and promote financial services while ensuring brand consistency.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently activate merchants and oversee integration
- Monitor merchant transactions and brand alignment
- Follow up on stalled applications to complete legal documentation
- Coordinate with Risk and BD teams to resolve onboarding blockers
- Manage the full merchant onboarding lifecycle
- Track lead progress against daily and monthly KPIs
- Collaborate on process improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or sales
- 1-3 years of experience
