Real Estate Business Development (BD)
Job Description
Real Estate is one of OK.com’s core strategic verticals in the UAE. We are now expanding our local team and looking for a Real Estate Business Development (BD) professional to grow partnerships with agencies and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and onboard local real estate agencies, brokerages, and developers in the UAE
- Guide partners to register on OK.com and publish property listings
- Build and maintain long-term cooperative relationships
- Introduce OK.com’s two core real estate cooperation models
- Track lead usage, feedback, and conversion performance
- Collect insights on local real estate trends and competitor platforms
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, sales, BD, or property platforms is preferred
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Based in the UAE or willing to work locally
