Job Description
Darkroom is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support our recruiting team as we scale across Creative, Paid Media, Social Commerce, Retention, and more. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who is excited to learn full-cycle recruiting, master sourcing, and contribute to a world-class candidate experience. You will support recruiting workflows across multiple teams by coordinating and executing day-to-day hiring activities.
Responsibilities
- Support recruiting workflows across multiple teams
- Source and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and referrals
- Schedule interviews and support candidate communication
- Maintain clean candidate data and pipeline tracking in Ashby
- Assist with job postings, screening coordination, and offer process support
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve hiring operations
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent coordination, sourcing, or HR
- Experience hiring across Paid Media, Retention/CRM, Creative, Social Commerce
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Clear, professional communication skills in English
- Experience working with ATS (Ashby preferred)
