Senior Business Development Manager
Job Description
Lead and scale our land freight forwarding business across the Middle East. Drive sustainable growth across FTL, LTL, and cross-border GCC corridors while mentoring the sales team and strengthening enterprise partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for land freight forwarding
- Set and monitor sales targets and pipeline health
- Acquire and manage high-value B2B and enterprise accounts
- Lead complex sales cycles including RFPs and tenders
- Analyze competitor pricing and service offerings
- Mentor and guide Business Development Executives
- Ensure profitability discipline in pricing and margin control
Qualifications
- 7–12 years of B2B sales experience in land freight
- Strong exposure to FTL, LTL, cross-border trucking, and GCC logistics corridors
- Deep understanding of freight cost structures and pricing strategy
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (MBA preferred)
