Infrastructure Engineer Job In Kuwait
Job Description
The infrastructure engineer role is responsible of design, implement, and maintain the infrastructure that support our organization's IT operations. This includes ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of servers, networks, and storage systems to meet the business's needs, in addition to develop and suggest disaster recovery plans and procedures. The Infrastructure Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide the needed support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the IT installation, including complex server environments, LAN and WAN networks, VPN and application configurations
- Developing and designing network architecture and computer systems infrastructure
- Monitor and control the infrastructure and network resources
- Evaluate technical aspects of the IT new projects
- Manage the network security
- Monitor the network devices such as computers, printers, IP Phones, UPS and IOT devices
- Manage the servers and end user's backups
- Responsible for maintaining the organization's IT assets
- Conduct quarterly audit of all the organization IT assets
- Participate in yearly ISO audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience
- Possession of valid Kuwait driving license is must
