Job Description
Provide support and recommendations to Department head in developing the divisional strategy. Assist in implementing the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure compliance with the established standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Support divisional strategy development
- Implement day-to-day operations and ensure compliance
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with HR & Admin for recruitment and licenses
- Coordinate with collection department to resolve payment issues
- Monitor financial performance versus budget
- Manage new business opportunities
- Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- Manage activities and performance of subordinates
Qualifications
- 8-10 years relevant experience in leasing business, sales
- At least 4 years in positions of progressively increasing managerial responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or any other related field
- MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification
