Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable and hands-on HR Professional who can establish, manage, and continuously improve the full Human Resources function from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, from manpower planning and recruitment to performance management, job grading, policy development, and employee exit management, ensuring full compliance with company objectives and local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manpower planning aligned with business and operational requirements
  • Establish HR structures, job roles, and workforce plans from scratch
  • Design and implement job grading and grading systems aligned with organizational hierarchy
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
  • Coordinate sourcing, interviews, offers, and hiring approvals
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding and induction programs
  • Design and implement performance evaluation systems
  • Set KPIs, appraisal cycles, and performance improvement plans
  • Draft, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks from the ground up
  • Ensure policies are compliant with local labor laws and company standards
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters
  • Manage employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, clearances, and final settlements
  • Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, and audit requirements
