Job Description
Lead the Beverage program of Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh, from operation, Audits and product array / selection.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative beverage programs
- Curate and manage a diverse wine list, cocktail menu, and non-alcoholic options
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of beverage managers, bartenders, and sommeliers
- Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- Develop and manage the beverage department's budget
- Collaborate with the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or related field preferred
- Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Fluency in English and Russian required
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
