Product Manager – Web Platform
Job Description
Ruby Labs is looking for a superhero-level Product Manager to command daily product operations. You will own every process, feature, and release, with absolute accountability for results in an AI-focused portfolio company. The role requires end-to-end control from ideation to post-production monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Manage every phase of the product lifecycle daily
- Maintain end-to-end operational control and backlog
- Lead feature discovery, ideation, and research
- Enforce pixel-perfect UI/UX standards
- Monitor releases in real time using metrics and session replays
- Provide detailed feedback loops to Dev and Data teams twice daily
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing Web products and teams
- Experience in leadership roles managing complex products
- Entrepreneurial and real-world business experience
- Eagle-eye attention to detail for UI/UX
- English fluency
- 2+ years of hands-on Mixpanel experience
