Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Administrator. The candidate will play a crucial role in managing, reviewing, and negotiating EPC contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, review, and manage contracts throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist in contract negotiations with clients and vendors
  • Ensure all contractual obligations are met
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and finance teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in contract administration (EPC/construction preferred)
