Job Description

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Repair Service Center, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and optimize operational processes.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the service center
  • Monitor repair project execution and quality compliance
  • Lead and mentor technicians and supervisors
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections
  • Manage service center budget and costs
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or Lean certifications preferred
