Job Description
Planner 5D is looking for a Customer Support Specialist who will give quick, helpful, and friendly support to our users. Using a live chat system, you will respond to customers in an efficient and timely manner and investigate and resolve customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customers using a live chat system in an efficient and timely manner
- Deliver outstanding customer service whilst adhering to SLAs
- Investigate and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Contribute ideas to improve customer support quality and speed
- Understand, research and escalate customer feedback to management
- Represent the brand as the voice of Planner 5D
- Master the product to answer technical questions
- Work day shifts (9.00 - 21.00 EET, 2 days on/2 days off rotation)
Qualifications
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Quick and efficient problem-solving ability
- Can-do attitude
- Experience in customer service, support or similar
- Outstanding customer service skills: empathetic, accurate, conscientious
- Ability to present complex ideas in user-friendly language
- Experience working with any CRM/Project Management tool
- Ability to perform basic computer/system troubleshooting tasks
